Stephen Colbert had Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, John Oliver, and Jimmy Fallon on the May 11, 2026, episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. The reunion brought the Strike Force Five podcast hosts back together on one stage ahead of The Late Show’s series finale.
As part of the episode, Stephen Colbert pulled all of them into a classic round of “Who’s Most Likely?” He handed them double-sided paddles with funny pictures of them that their wives sent.
They looked at the paddles and laughed at the photos.
Colbert started the game with the first question, “Who is most likely not to watch the movie their guest is on to promote?”
Colbert playfully voted for himself. Oliver picked him, too. Kimmel and Meyers chose John Oliver, arguing he probably wouldn’t watch even if he had celebrity guests.
Fallon, however, kept looking down at the paddles, still trying to figure out whose face was on each one.
Colbert then moved on to the next question, “Who would make out with a guest on camera?”
Again, he lifted the paddle with his face. He didn’t hesitate for a second, and the audience laughed the moment the paddle went up.
Kimmel and Meyers voted for themselves. Fallon chose Kimmel, and Oliver chose three paddles at once for everybody except himself.
Colbert then reframed the question to “How many of you have made out with a guest on camera?”
Colbert’s gaze lingered on Fallon, and the Tonight Show host freaked out and asked, “Why would you look at me like that?”
“Because I think you’ve made out with guests on camera,” Colbert replied.
Fallon cheekily replied, “No, I think you just wanted to make out with me.”
And then Colbert grabbed Fallon, leaned in, and kissed him on camera. Fallon even raised his hand behind Colbert’s head as it happened.
But then the camera caught Fallon processing what had just happened. He recoiled into the couch, blushing and fanning himself with the paddle still in his hand. At the same time, Oliver swatted Fallon with his paddle like he was trying to reset the segment to normal.
Meyers and Kimmel sat back as if they already knew where it was headed.
Fallon said, “Did not see that going that way,” to which Colbert replied, “You were pretty passionate, though!”
Social media reactions followed the broadcast. An Instagram user @marycarol_27 wrote, “Love the relationship of our late night hosts.” An X user @MSManny commented, “They are hilarious!” But another user, @magfitness3535, wrote, “None of them are funny. And that kiss was that supposed to be funny?”
From there, Colbert moved on, asking the others if they had kissed guests before. Meyers shared a story about Regis Philbin once chewing his gum after kissing him. Oliver said Regis kissed him on the head “like someone in the mafia labeling someone for a hit.” Fallon added a story about an SNL sketch kiss with Martin Short that went further than planned.
The conversation drifted into hosts comparing their on-air kiss histories. After that, the paddles stayed up, but nobody really played anymore.
